Shipping policy


NourishMax products are exclusively available for purchase online at NourishMax.com. We ship to most countries, and you can view the list of eligible countries on the checkout page. If your country is not listed as an option, please contact us for further information.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed by 11:59 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day, typically taking 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, such as holidays, product launches, restocks, and promotional events. Orders placed over the weekend will start processing on the following business day. All purchases require credit authorization before processing, and only authorized orders will proceed to shipping.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order within 24-48 hours, including a link with tracking information to monitor your order's status.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check the email address associated with your order and review your Spam/Junk/Trash folders. Order confirmation emails may be delayed due to high order volume. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24-48 hours of your purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Free gift items are offered while supplies last. If a free gift or promotional item is out of stock at the time of shipping and won’t be restocked, we may remove it so your order can ship without delay. Because these items are free, we’re unable to offer credits, substitutions, or replacements. Paid items in your order will ship as normal.


ORDER DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days within the United States and 7-15 business days for international destinations. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, product launches, restocks, and promotional periods. International orders may also experience delays due to transit conditions and customs processing.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, while international orders are handled by UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Shipping fees, delivery options, and courier services may vary depending on your order and shipping destination.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors such as customs, natural occurrences, transportation delays. Additionally, we are not liable for any extra fees, customs duties, or other charges incurred once the package has left the United States.

Packages that are undeliverable by the courier or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our return center.

Items shipped outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling fees, and other charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are included in the cost of your shipment for your convenience. Customs regulations require us to display the total product value on the front of the package, including items purchased at a discounted price or as part of a promotion.

We collect sales tax where applicable and remit it to the appropriate state, as required by state tax regulations. City, local, and special taxes may also apply.
